Knowledge and practical applications of group dynamics is essential to build the team and to maintain it in terms of stability and motivation of its members. It's been a long process to learn such knowledge and team leaders, managers don't want to spend time exploring how and why their teams work [or not]. After nineteen years of exploring psychology I can say I understand it better than nineteen years ago. Sounds prosaic, right? like 2+2. I worked many years in clinical settings, supported families and children in crisis. People with depressive and suicidal thoughts. I can say experience helps to understand such weird thing like research methods and all those dependent and independent variables, correlations and the difference between correlation and cause. Real experience plus theory it's a quite powerful tool to understand others better and to be better professional. Like gestalt therapists say learning never ends. And I must agree with that.
