Base of a student starts when he/she is young and new to academic system. That is when the kid decides whether he/she going to be successful or not. For that purpose, kid needs friendly environment, motivation and a living example to make him/her ace it. In my class, my first priority is to make sure that the student is comfortable with my teaching strategies or not or is there any need of changing my teaching strategies according to the student level. I’ve been teaching for 2 years now. I’m currently studying business mathematics with 3.92 cgpa. I think a student can learn best from the student who is yet experiencing the same generation academic environment and can teach the ways with current experiences of actually scoring the best.
