I taught French as well as theater in Alliance Française abroad (in Tianjin, China). During my two years in Tianjin I taught Chinese children as well as adults. So I speak Chinese (Mandarin) and also understand the dialect spoken in Sichuan (Sichuan hua in pinyin). I also taught English in China at the International Institute of Education (i2 in Chengdu, Sichuan). This time, the age range of my students was from 2 years old to 18 years old and the students were divided into classes of 1 to 6 students. I have also worked on several occasions with people with disabilities in France (in particular with people with aphasia). Through these experiences I reinforced my sense of interpersonal skills, my pedagogy and my sense of listening to manage to best help my students to achieve their goals. I of course know how to be patient and adapt to the rhythm and needs of each of my students, thanks to numerous training courses followed throughout my course.
