In our class, we will emphasize the mind-body connection and encourage regular practice for maximum improvements in your physical, mental, and emotional health. We will base our practice of Tai Chi Chuan on the traditional structure starting with the stances studies, breathing through Qi gong practices, and the movement through the deep study of the Tai chi form #24. Kickboxing is a great way to get fit, boost confidence and learn the basics of self defence. This is a beginners class that introduces the student to the fundamentals of kickboxing including striking, kicking, footwork and defence. It is an online class, therefore completely non-contact and the primary aim of the class is to increase fitness whilst learning a new skill.

Hi, Let's break down the different options! Boxing : Great workout! Punches, pad combinations, body weight exercises , all of the above at a high pace! Kickboxing: You take boxing, and then you add kicks! The pace could be little less high, in order to properly learn the techniques Viet Vo Dao/ Traditional Martial Arts : Now, we're entering a whole new world, where the technique is really important. The history, philosophy and the energy work, the culture...and so on! Self defence : Learn how to defend yourself as well as your loved ones.
