Hoi! Mijn naam is Willeke en ik werk als orthopedagoog. In mijn werk én daarbuiten vind ik het ontzettend leuk om kinderen en jongeren op een geduldige, creatieve en positieve manier te helpen groeien. Ik geloof dat ieder kind kan leren, als je maar de juiste ondersteuning krijgt.

Tijdens de bijles of huiswerkbegeleiding probeer ik altijd aan te sluiten bij wat jij al kunt. Met kleine hulpjes, inzichten en hints daag ik je uit om zélf tot het antwoord te komen. Dat is niet alleen leerzaam, maar ook een echte boost voor je zelfvertrouwen!

Ik heb daarnaast ervaring in de begeleiding van kinderen met o.a. dyslexie, hoogbegaafdheid, concentratieproblemen en (faal)angst.

About Me

Als orthopedagoog help ik graag kinderen en jongeren die ergens op school vastlopen, dat is helemaal niet gek, en ook zeker niet erg! Met een beetje humor, geduld en creatieve uitleg zoeken we samen uit wat jij nodig hebt om het wél te snappen.

Ik werk met slimme methodes (zoals Feuerstein) waarbij jij zélf tot het antwoord komt. Met kleine hintjes, goede vragen en een fijne sfeer krijg je het gevoel: “Hé, ik kan dit gewoon!” En geloof me: als je het zelf ontdekt, onthoud je het ook veel beter.

Fouten maken? Dat mag bij mij juist! Daar leer je het meest van.

Ik heb mijn diagnostiek aantekening op zak en ben aangesloten bij de Nederlandse Vereniging van Pedagogen en Onderwijskundigen (NVO). I have completed my graduation in engineering. On the professional front, I am a banker. I moved to the Netherlands and am currently on a break. I would love to indulge in my passion for teaching.

I can teach school level Math and Science. My goal is to keep students challenged to learn new things. Als je moeite hebt met een specifiek vak dan kunnen we samen kijken waar je goed in bent en waar we ons tijdens de sessies het best op kunnen focussen. Een paar vakken waar ik in het verleden studenten in heb begeleid zijn: wiskunde, bedrijfseconomie, economie, rekenen, accounting/accountancy, cost accounting, managerial accounting, financial accounting, corporate finance, risk management en investments. Ik geef tips over welke informatie het meest belangrijkst is, hoe je je het beste kan voorbereiden voor het vak, en hoe je toetsvragen het best kan lezen. Deze methode blijkt erg effectief!

Tijdens mijn sessies begeleid ik vrijwel iedereen! Van scholieren op het vmbo tot (bijna) afgestudeerden aan de universiteit, in alle financieel- economische vakken. Hierdoor heb ik een begeleidingsstructuur ontwikkeld die effectief, efficiënt, en leuk is.

Tijdens examentrainingen werk ik met oude examens met een focus op de laatste ontwikkelingen in het vakgebied. Zo zorg ik ervoor dat leerlingen de examenstof goed in de vingers krijgen en met zelfvertrouwen de examens ingaan. Tijdens de trainingen leer ik de scholieren hoe een examen qua structuur in elkaar steekt zodat het zich vertrouwd voelt met het uiteindelijke examen.

Bijlessen of huiswerkbegeleiding worden in overleg vormgegeven. Sommige scholieren of studenten hebben baat bij samen opdrachten maken, waar andere meer behoefte hebben aan uitleg over de theorie.
