I am a CEDILS-certified Italian teacher born and raised in Florence, and I've also been a language student myself for a long time! If you want to be able to interact with Italians quickly, I can give you some tips about correct pronunciation, fundamental grammar, and vocabulary, but also Italian art and popular culture, which I think is fundamental to understanding the mentality and the country that you are going to interact with.
Lessons will be tailored according to the student's needs, level, and mother language and focused on the conversation.

J'adapte une méthodologie en fonction des besoins de chacun. S'il s'agit d'un enfant en parcours scolaire, je m'appuie sur le programme officiel tout en veillant à consolider les bases. Qu'il s'agisse d'analyses ou de commentaires littéraires, j'apporte une grande attention à la bonne orthographe de la langue française. J'aime concevoir un cours dialogué où l'élève peut réfléchir par ses propres moyens, intégrant les notions essentielles de l'Histoire de la Littérature que j'aime relier aux autres arts afin de développer une culture interdisciplinaire.

Je guide les élèves en français (primaire, collège et lycée).
J'aide et prépare le lycéen pour les épreuves du Bac, à savoir :
- commentaire de texte
- dissertation
- oral

À la fin de chaque séance, je donne un travail à faire pour la séance future. Il peut s'agir de :
- exercice de langue sur un point précis,
- construire un plan,
- rédiger l'introduction ou la conclusion,
- travailler un oral à partir d'un texte,

Pendant la leçon, je corrige le travail à faire en donnant des conseils et j'aide aussi à la rédaction de fiche. Concernant les oraux, je montre à l'élève quels sont les points importants à partir d'une fiche de notation et nous travaillons ensemble chaque notion à maîtriser (connaissances générales de l'Histoire littéraire, mots-clefs, ouverture aux autres arts, problématiques, déclamation pour le genre poétique, débit de paroles, etc.).
L'élève peut aussi me soumettre ses questions sur sa leçon en classe ou un texte qu'il n'aurait pas compris. Mes cours lui permettent donc d'aller de l'avant tout en restant complémentaires à ce qu'il apprend en classe.

Always enjoying languages, I grew up in an international culture and school. I indeed lived 6 years in Italy during my childhood and therefore speak fluent Italian. This made it easier for me to learn English (obtaining Cambridge KET level in 6th grade) and German, which I present all three at the baccalaureate. I also learned Spanish on a personal basis by passion for languages!
Having therefore learned four foreign languages myself, I am passionate about this objective and will take great pleasure in helping you achieve it.

This course is therefore open to everyone, for discovery as well as for further study (up to level C2 in Italian, C1 in English and B2 in German). You can learn to understand, speak, read or write this language and progress at your own pace.

Passionate about languages and foreign literatures, I would like to help you discover my language by offering courses tailored to your needs and goals. With a Franco-Italian university degree in literature, I teach students of all levels as well as adults.

Having learned French myself through direct contact with native speakers, I place great importance on learning through practical use of the language. Therefore, after discussing your goals and language level, I will offer you numerous role-playing exercises to ensure that learning vocabulary, grammar rules, and typical expressions is immediate and enjoyable.

Depending on your goals, we can then focus in more detail on the points that are causing you difficulty, which I will explain while giving you tips to aid memorization. I can even trace the origins of certain expressions, if you're interested, to gain a deeper understanding of the language's structure and its hidden similarities with French.

On the other hand, if you don't need to delve deeper into grammar, that's not a problem: we can simply continue practicing conversation and learning to communicate in everyday life situations.

My main goal is to get you using the language as quickly as possible. And if you already have an advanced level, this will be an opportunity for me to introduce you to Italian literature, cinema, or music, as well as the aspects of my culture that interest you most.
