About Me

I'm Amy and I am a Scottish translation graduate. I am based just outside Edinburgh (can travel nearby), however I mostly hold lessons via Webcam!

My native language is English, however I also have a proficient level of French and Spanish, having studied them both at university level. I obtained my Master of Arts in Applied Languages and Translating (French / Spanish) this summer and am looking to teach students French and Spanish, as well as English!

The structure my class follows will depend on the person and their level. I hold beginner and intermediate classes for all languages, which will work towards building strong vocabulary and spoken skills as well as sound understanding of grammar.

However I also hold classes for UK high school classes. These classes would run similarly but mainly focus on working around the structure of the upcoming exam
