Mon but est de vous faire progresser en comprenant la méthode et les enjeux des exercices juridiques.

Je donne des cours dans de diverses matières en vue du fait que mes connaissances soient variées et répandues. Je m'adapte facilement et j'ai un niveau de compréhension rapide et élevé.

Je me base beaucoup sur la personne qui se trouve en face de moi. J'essaie tout d'abord de la comprendre et de mettre en oeuvre les méthodes les plus adaptées dans ma perspective.

As a 'Cum Laude' and honors graduate of Columbia University and the University of Groningen in International and European Law I have extensive knowledge of these legal fields. I specialised in Public International Law, International Humanitarian Law, International Criminal Law, as well as International Human Rights Law.

I give introductory classes in these legal fields as well as more advanced classes where we will also look at current developments and the interplay with other disciplines such as Politics or Diplomacy.

Using the Socratic method I try to make my lessons as engaging as possible. This means that I will not simply lecture you but engage in a dialogue/debate with you in order to stimulate critical thinking.

I am currently working at the United Nations Office in Geneva and thus have insights into how International Law works in reality.

Depending on your needs, I give University-preparatory classes, exam-preparation classes for University students, or help with dissertations or writing/research projects. As I understand that each student has specific needs, I will tailor the lessons to you. Feel free to contact me and we can figure out a teaching plan together.

I teach English to all students of all ages. I have a PhD in law. I used to practise in the UK and Luxembourg as a lawyer and I can teach legal or business writing skills and techniques too. I also teach how to draft articles, essays and dissertations and how to argue cogently.

I love creating worksheets and powerpoints. Furthermore, I love summarizing the topics I'm teaching in the end of each lesson and making sure the students never leave class with questions. Meinen Unterricht kannst du ganz einfach remote von zuhause aus wahrnehmen. Der Unterricht richtet sich an Studenten der Wirtschafts- und Rechtswissenschaften. Du kannst dich aber auch an mich wenden, wenn du aus einem anderen Fachbereich kommst und bspw. zivilrechtliche oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliche Fächer als Nebenfach in deinem Studium auftauchen. Wir können beispielsweise zusammen Inhalte aus der Vorlesung besprechen oder anhand von Fällen den Gutachtenstil verbessern.
