While doing my Cambridge CELTA teacher training course, I progressed in the Communicative Language Teaching method. It is renowned globally as a leading language teaching methodology, and over the course of my career it has always proven to be highly effective, boosting the students' fluency and confidence in Speaking, as well as Vocabulary and Grammar.

I usually begin a class with a short lead-in into the topic. Then I introduce a short text or a recording in order to work on the student's Listening and Reading skills. After we’ve worked on the text, I present the target sentences taken from it and highlight a particular Vocabulary or Grammar structure. After that, we work on the meaning of the target language, as well as its form and pronunciation. Afterwards, we do one or two written and oral exercises, called controlled practice, during which the student works on the Vocabulary / Grammar structure. I finish the class with a communicative task, such as personalised questions or a role-play, which are aimed at developing the student's fluency. I never interrupt the student while they speak, but I make notes on the errors / examples of good use of the target language. At the end of the lesson, I give the student the language feedback, and afterwards we discuss the techniques and strategies they can use to practise / review the target language independently.

I am a qualified and experienced English teacher: I have a Cambridge qualification in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages, and I have six years of professional experience as an English teacher in the private sector.

I evolved in my teaching career with the International House World Organisation, which is the international network of schools renowned for the quality of teaching English. I have been teaching a variety of level, ranging from Elementary to Advanced. I alm also experienced in preparing adult students for the IELTS exam, and I have already received many positive references from my students, who had achieved the level they had aspired for: some of them are published on the website of International House Minsk, where I used to teach.

I am also interested in teaching Young Learners, and in 2018 I was invited to participate in the conference organised by British Council France "Sharing Languages: Cemebrating Children's Multilingualism".

I would be happy to provide you with the references attesting my abilities and skills as a teacher, among which are those of the Cambridge CELTA course tutors, as well as that of the Executive Director of IH Minsk.

Je suis professeur d'anglais qualifiée et expérimentée: je possède une formation qualifiante de Cambridge dans l'enseignement de langue étrangère aux adultes (CELTA). C'est une qualification d'enseignement centrée sur l'expression orale et reconnue par les écoles de langues à travers le monde, telles que International House ou British Council.

J’ai également 5 ans d’expérience en tant que professeur d’anglais pour les adultes et les adolescents. J'ai évolué dans ma carrière d’enseignante auprès d'International House World Organisation, qui est un réseau internationale des écoles réputées par l'enseignement d'anglais d'haute qualité.

J’ai également une expérience dans la préparation des étudiants adultes à l'examen international d'anglais IELTS. J'ai obtenu déjà beaucoup de références positives de mes étudiants qui avaient reçu un niveau escompté à l’examen: l'une d’eux est publiée sur le site d'International House Minsk et je pourrais vous donner les contacts de mes précédents élèves si vous voulez avoir leur avis.

Je donne également des cours aux enfants, étant en train d'élaborer une publication sur les activités en anglais pour les enfants multilingues. Mon intérêt de recherche est la Compétence Plurilingue, et j'ai été invitée à présenter les résultats de ma recherche à la conférence internationale "Sharing Languages: Celebrating Children's Multilingualism" à Paris en mai 2018.
