First of all, I listen to the person I am helping in order to target their needs. By communicating with the student, I watch the way he likes to work, if it is necessary to direct him to another method can be more effective. Finally, I make sure that the learning is fun and not too "school" so that the student sees it as entertainment and not as a chore!
I also offer several course formats, either 1 hour or more flexible formats depending on the profile.
With pleasure!

Hi! I'm Lisa.

I am a passionate language teacher specializing in French, English, and Arabic. I teach students of all ages, from beginners to advanced levels, with energy and kindness.

I've always loved languages and cultural exchanges, which is what drove me to share my knowledge with others. I'm also a law student, which taught me to be rigorous while remaining attentive. This dual experience allows me to offer courses that are structured, lively, and tailored to each student's profile.

With me, you'll learn at your own pace, stress-free, in a relaxed yet serious atmosphere. Grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, speaking and writing... everything is covered in a clear and interactive way. And above all, I help you gain confidence in the language you're learning.

My goal? For you to progress, to enjoy learning, and to be proud of your progress!

Hello! My name is Emilie. I am a native English speaker from the United States (Louisiana) and I currently work full-time as an English teacher in Montpellier, with students of all ages.

Before moving to Montpellier, I worked for three years as a nanny while studying play therapy. During this time, I helped the children I cared for with their homework and schoolwork. This experience also allowed me to better understand how children learn and how to create a positive and supportive environment tailored to their needs. I truly enjoy working with children and creating a space where they feel comfortable learning and building confidence, all while maintaining the joy of learning.

I offer personalized lessons for children and teenagers, tailored to their age, level, interests, and goals. To make lessons engaging and enjoyable, each session typically includes a mix of vocabulary, games, conversation exercises, and grammar practice.

I can, in particular, support students in the following areas:

- Grammar, vocabulary, reading and written expression
- Oral expression and conversation
- English for travel
- English homework help
- Developing self-confidence in English

I prepare my lessons according to each student and their needs, while ensuring that they remain involved and enjoy learning.

If you are interested or have any questions, feel free to send me a message!

Looking forward to working with you and your child!

The courses I offer are tailor-made. I strive to adapt each session to your objectives and learning difficulties in order to transform weaknesses into strengths.
Being bilingual in English and French, I understand the difficulties faced by French speakers and I can help you speak the language spontaneously and naturally.
Thanks to my CELTA certification, the topics covered during our courses can vary according to your needs: conversation, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, comprehension and oral and written expression, ranging from everyday English to professional English.

Want to watch some English films or series? Do your children want to improve? Or do you want to impress someone? I would be delighted to help you.
I love learning and teaching, whether in person or remotely. Sessions can last 30 minutes, 1 hour, or more!
So if you're looking for a young, certified English teacher and interactive lessons tailored to your needs, don't hesitate to contact me! Can't wait to hear from you.
