Hello! My name is Kenny and I am a jazz/contemporary guitarist in Berlin, Germany. I offer lessons in a wide range of musical styles ranging from beginners to advanced students. My goal is to help every student discover their musical voice and have fun! I've been playing guitar for over 15 years and studied Jazz Guitar Performance at Berklee College of Music in Boston. I've been an active performer most of my life and currently perform with my wife in the duo "Sara and Kenny." In our lessons, we'll cover everything from chords, scales, stylistic elements, technique, learning songs, and developing the ability to become and self-sufficient musician. I can guide your vocal training with technical and interpretative aspects of your favorite genre. The lessons are 45 minutes long. At the beginning we do some warm-up exercises and vocal techniques, then we will listen and learn from the repertoire we chose together to best improve your vocals. They must be songs that you like and that are challenging enough to excel your learning to the next level of difficulty. For children between 4 and 6 years old, the classes are 35 minutes long. Through games or small choreographies, I intend to reinforce their attention span while they develop their hearing, musical memory, intonation, and rhythm, working to make sure the classes are dynamic and fun.
