A passionate violinist with a rich tone and powerful sound,
Seoyeon holds a bachelor's degree in Violin and a master's degree in Music Education from Chungnam National University in South Korea. Following her studies in South Korea, she relocated to Belgium to further her education. There, she successfully completed her Master's degree at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels under the mentorship of Prof. Philippe Graffin, and she also earned a Violin Concert Soloist Postgraduate degree at the Royal Conservatory of Antwerp under the guidance of Professor Alexei Moshkov. Especially during her postgraduate studies, her performance in a duo concert with Prof. Alexei earned her widespread acclaim, marking a standout achievement in her career. As a professional violinist, Seoyeon recently performed at the Korean New Talents concert organized by the Korean Cultural Center (KCC), W-hall Auditorium, and the BOZAR concert hall in Belgium. Her musical prowess is evident not only in solo performances but also in her contributions to orchestral ensembles. She has been a member of various orchestras in Korea, including the Daejeon Arts Center Orchestra, where she served as the principal violinist, as well as the Jubelton Symphony Orchestra and the DCMF Orchestra. Furthermore, she actively collaborates as a member of orchestras, primarily in Belgium, including the Virago Symphony Orchestra, Accademia della Speranza, and Brussels Philharmonic Orchestra. Seoyeon is currently pursuing her career as a professional violinist with active engagements in both Europe and Korea. Her outstanding musicianship stands out in the solo and orchestral fields, and she is passionate about not only performing but also nurturing disciples.

I come with a rich teaching history of 15 years. I started giving lessons for beginners, intermediate, students who preparing entrance exam, and majoring students from my undergraduate degree. My lessons are designed to be highly tailored, catering to all levels and ages, whether you're pursuing music for leisure and enjoyment or preparing for a serious major.

I aleady studied music since age of 6, so I have experienced childrens music academy, masterclass, music competitions. I also got through many entrance examinations and succeded. Based on my real experience, I can provide high-level lessons to students preparing for entrance exams or majoring as violin.

As an experienced music teacher, I offer recorder and music theory lessons for children and adults of all ages and skill levels!

Originally from Brazil, I have been teaching music for several years. A graduate of the Royal Conservatory of Brussels, I have extensive experience as a music teacher, having given private lessons and taught in music academies in Belgium and elsewhere. I develop a unique method for each student so that they can learn in a solid and enjoyable way.

The recorder is an easy instrument to learn, making it a great opportunity for children to begin their musical journey. It provides an initial introduction to musical notation and helps develop their ear. I offer students a fun and dynamic learning experience, where music is made from the very first lesson.

For adults... If you're a beginner, don't worry!
I will teach you how to produce the first sounds on your new instrument, how to blow correctly, how to adopt a good posture, etc. I will help you build, step by step, a solid basic technique that will allow you to play any piece on the flute.

If you are an advanced student or already possess a solid foundation in your instrument, I propose working on refining your technique, taking into account each repertoire. We will explore creativity and sound to produce an increasingly beautiful and eloquent musical expression.

Lessons can take place at the student's home or the teacher's home in Forest. Travel expenses are negotiable depending on the distance.

I also pursued a masters degree in Music Education at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels.

This class is aimed for children between the ages of 8-13 who would like to begin developing their vocal technique and find their own unique voice early whilst working in a group scenario. My Group Singing workshop is a mixture of improvisation and technique. Add to that the fun singing with other like-children and you’re looking at a contender for the highlight of your week!

This class is designed to build confidence and promote individual personal and social development and is taught in a fun yet disciplined way. With a minimum of 4 students and a maximum of 6 students per class each student will have the opportunity to perform a solo song and also a group song each week with individual feed back and technique advice each week.

In my classes I aim to transmit first of all my passion and love for music.
I like to prepare a personalized programme adapted to the level and exigencies of each pupil.
I also aim to include some violin duos, to be played with me during the lessons, as I believe playing with other musicians is one of the best ways to enjoy music and learn useful musical and technical skills at the same time.
Another essential factor in my classes is correct and natural posture while playing, to let music heal our souls instead of hurting our bodies! ;) I have been practicing Yoga for a few years, and have experienced the importance of good posture and targeted light stretching, especially for younger players in a phase of growth and change.
I like to help pupils to develop good technical skills in a fun way, always applying technique to targeted repertoire and keeping in mind that technique is nothing but a means of expressing ourselves through music.

Je suis une jeune pianiste diplômée, actuellement étudiante au Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel.
J'attache une forte importance à l'enseignement depuis le plus jeune âge, ayant été guidée par un père professeur de piano. J'ai commencé à exercer ce métier dès l'âge de 16ans, en ayant de nombreux élèves particuliers réguliers ainsi qu'en ayant travaillé dans plusieurs écoles de musique.
Le rapport professeur-élèves-parents est très important pour moi, afin d'avoir un bon suivi de l'élève. Ma méthode est simple; que l'élève se sente en confiance et puisse s'exprimer librement à travers son instrument.
Ayant eu un père professeur de piano, j'ai toujours été baignée dans cet univers. Partager mes connaissances, rencontrer de nouveaux talents, de nouveaux profils, aider l'élève et communiquer a toujours été très important pour ma part. Je m'appelle Marie et je suis étudiante en Master au Conservatoire royal de Bruxelles dans la classe de Marie Hallynck et Francis Mourey.

Depuis que j'ai décidé de m'engager professionnellement dans la musique, l'enseignement m'a toujours beaucoup attirée. J'ai la chance d'avoir plusieurs élèves, à la fois en violoncelle et en solfège, enfants comme adultes. La transmission de la musique par l'apprentissage est quelque chose qui me passionne et me tient à cœur.
