You'll learn various drawing and painting techniques, with room for experimentation, personal expression, and imagination. Together, we'll work toward a strong and unique final result. Whether you have no experience, are just starting out, or already have some skills, everyone is welcome. Lessons are tailored to your level and learning goals. In the first lesson, we'll take a short time to discuss this together.

Krav Maga is a modern, evolving system that is constantly being refined and developed in the light of real situations and experiences. The system can be improved by adding techniques, exercises and training methods. It is simple, instinctive and uses the natural responses of the body. We do the exercises under stress (fatigue, confusion, surprise, ...) so that you can also apply them in real situations. We train to respond from an adverse situation, without relying on pure power, against both armed and unarmed attackers.
