I'm an italian professional violinist graduated in the Hochschule der Kunste in Bern and a member of Argovia philharmonic, Sinfonietta Lausanne and City Light Symphony Orchestra. I teach children and adults from beginner to advanced level. My classes are for everyone! I adapt my teaching method to every student's profile, wish and need in order to learn faster and improve violin skills having fun. We can choose the repertoire together, from classical to modern and popular music. I have more than 7 years of teaching experience, I speak italian, english and spanish.

There is an option to give lessons at home, online or if I am with the student I charge extra. If necessary, I will provide the teaching materials. Lessons in German, English or Spanish.

Orchestral musician and chamber musician, holder of a double master's degree in pedagogy and performance in France and abroad, I would be happy to accompany you on the way to learning violin. With 15 years of experience, I teach musical initiation, music theory and the viola that I have practiced in chamber music and of course the violin, my main instrument with which I perform in several orchestras and ensembles. Since I have been teaching violin and music, not a day goes by that I tell myself that motivation and pleasure are the biggest drivers of learning. My name is Ane, a violinist from the Basque Country. After completing my bachelor's degree in violin at the Basel University of Music with Prof. Barbara Doll, I am now excited to begin my master's degree in violin pedagogy. Teaching has always been an important part of my musical vocation: I enjoy providing individual support to each student, adapting to their tempo, and helping them discover the joy of playing and expressing themselves with their instrument. My training and orchestral experience have given me a broad musical perspective, but what motivates me most now is passing on this knowledge in a practical and personal way. In my teaching, I emphasize a balance between technique, musicality, and creativity, so that playing the violin is not just a challenge, but also an enriching and enjoyable experience.

My name is Léna, and I offer violin lessons for all ages and skill levels. I have many years of experience in private teaching and am currently completing my Master of Pedagogy at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Basel. As an MA Performance graduate of the Schola Cantorum Basiliensis, one of my greatest passions is engaging with historically informed performance practice. I look forward to exploring the world of gut strings, short and long bows, different pitches, and, if you're feeling particularly adventurous, the various positions of the baroque violin with you! I teach according to the principles of the Alexander Technique, paying attention to physical health and the sustainability of the playing. I apply this in my teaching; I find it very important to closely tailor the lessons, exercises, and method to the goals and personality of the students.
