These sessions are based on Receptive Music Therapy, specifically the Guided Imagery and Music (BMGIM) method — a powerful, evidence-based psychotherapeutic approach that uses carefully selected classical and contemporary music to evoke imagery, emotions, and insight from within. Through relaxation, focused listening, and guided reflection, participants are invited to explore their inner world and access deeper levels of consciousness. Each session is a unique journey — the music becomes a mirror, revealing personal themes, emotions, and symbols that can lead to greater self-understanding and integration. These sessions can support: • Emotional regulation and stress reduction • Processing grief, anxiety, or life transitions • Enhancing creativity and self-expression • Strengthening inner resources and resilience • Deepening mindfulness and personal insight Format: • Individual or small-group sessions (for teens and adults) • Each session includes relaxation, guided music listening, and a creative or verbal integration process • No musical background required — only openness and curiosity Who it’s for: These sessions are ideal for anyone seeking a deeper connection with themselves, whether for personal development, self-exploration, or therapeutic support.
