Mixology - Cocktails - Bartending - Spirits - Flair
You may have noticed that cocktails and spirits are undergoing a renaissance.
Ever since the G&T hype, people’s interest in them has taken a leap.
Enjoying a cocktail is one thing, but it takes expertise to learn how to make one the proper way. In-depth knowledge is required to take your appreciation to the next level. And expertise and extensive knowledge about the gems of the better sips is precisely what I provide.
I graduated with honours from the European Bartender School in Barcelona. With that degree, I began working with Manuel Wouters, one of Belgium’s top cocktail bartenders. As from September ’16, I work as brand ambassador for Diageo, the global leader in alcoholic beverages.
As my fascination for the highest of drinks cannot be tamed, I decided to start something new that would enable me to spread the good vibes of a professionally made cocktail.
Interested?
Here are the things you will learn about during a cocktail masterclass:
spirits theory
spirits history
the roll of a bartender
rules that apply to each kind of spirit
techniques (shaking, stirring, muddling, aso...)
free pouring
flair
tasting
In the end, your knowledge and skills will be tested in an exam.
If you have any further questions, don’t hesitate to contact me on Apprentus.
Cheers!
