Le yoga chez les petits entre 5 et 10 ans.
L’apprentissage est ludique ; présenté sous forme de jeux, le yoga permet ici, d’éveiller les sens par l’intermédiaire de postures s’inspirant de la nature et des animaux. Les exercices, dynamiques et rigolos, sont adaptés au développement de l’enfant.

Le yoga Vinyasa Flow chez les 10 ans et plus.
On explore ici une grande variété de postures au rythme de la respiration. Cela permet de développer la confiance en soi et la conscience du corps. Le mouvement continu et l’écoute du souffle amènent le pratiquant dans un état profond de détente et de concentration. Après quelques séances, les bienfaits se ressentent dans la vie de tous les jours, notamment au niveau de l’attention et de l’auto-discipline.
