About Me
As an active lutenist and guitarist I perform as a soloist, but also in chamber music concerts and opera productions. I am a member of several ensembles such as Camera degli Angeli, London Gala Orchestra, Sound a Parley and Dellingr Duo, with whom I play in the UK and the Netherlands. I also give lectures to the public about early music and plucked string instruments from historical paintings. I am motivated and passionate about performing music to the highest possible standard and making a positive contribution to cultural and musical life.

Experience / Qualifications
Music teacher, Self-employed (December 2012 - present)
Music Tutor, City of Cardiff Council (October 2008 - February 2012)
My experience as a music teacher has been developed largely through my own private lessons and I have successfully guided students through their performance and theory tests for UK Examinations Boards such as ABRSM and Trinity. I have also gained experience in education through several UK music education programs designed to support learners from disadvantaged backgrounds. This included working as a guitar teacher for the City of Cardiff Music Education Service and as an orchestra coach for making music, changing lives. In these classes and workshops I taught students in small groups and weekly individually in classical, acoustic and electric guitar. During this time I have successfully engaged them in the joy of making music and expanded their existing knowledge of the subject.
