Hello! My name is Amanda and I'm from San Francisco, California, USA. I am a Trinity TEFL certified English teacher and am currently finishing my Masters in Education at University College London. I have lived in Rabat for almost two years, and have taught at primary and secondary schools here in addition to giving private lessons. Prior to moving to Morocco, I lived and taught preschool and primary school in Seoul, South Korea. I have taught primary and secondary courses in math, science, and language arts modelled after North American curriculum, but have also supported students attending British international schools. I have worked at English academies focused solely on ESL as well, teaching grammar, vocabulary, listening, speaking, science, and reading classes. I have taught preschool, primary, and secondary classes, and have privately tutored both children and adults. My students have ranged from beginner to advanced level, and I have tutored classes aimed at test preparation, school support, and conversational fluency. I am available to offer private tutoring sessions with the above aims, or can tailor individual classes to your needs. If interested, please reach out and we can chat about your goals to see if it's a good fit!
Extra information
I can provide a laptop for joint use during sessions, along with all lesson material should you wish that I prepare specific curriculum for our classes.
