Having started teaching both in person and online, my enthusiasm to continue expanding my knowledge was still there and, before the lockdown, I managed to complete my Yoga for Children course in person. Which has since allowed me to specialize and offer yoga for children and teenagers, integrating Montessori values. In addition, I have been working with teenage athletes to improve their physical capacity and mental resilience.

Having left the world of finance behind, BDE and yoga became an important part of my life.
