This series of lessons is intended for students and professionals who wish to develop a strong and structured understanding of the law. Depending on your needs, I can cover core topics such as contract law, liability law, criminal law, constitutional law, and so on. The lessons aim to help you understand not only what the law is, but also why it exists and how it is applied. You will delve into important legal cases, legal principles, and doctrinal debates, and learn how to interpret rulings and connect legal rules to and apply them in real-world situations.

In addition to the basic topics, the lessons can also be expanded into specialist areas such as technology law, media and entertainment law, intellectual property, legal philosophy, or whatever your interests may be—thereby offering a more detailed, specialized, and interdisciplinary perspective.

Each session is interactive and tailored to your needs—whether it involves simplifying difficult topics, reviewing past exams, or preparing for assignments, tests, or work projects. By the end of the series, you will be able to read legal cases with confidence, understand legal reasoning, and approach the law as a coherent, logical system rather than a collection of disconnected rules.

Who is this intended for:
Law students (bachelor or master)
Students preparing for exams or assignments
Professionals who want to delve into specific fields
Anyone who wants to build or refresh a strong foundation in legal subjects

About Me
I am a technology lawyer and public policy consultant with a strong track record of working at the intersection of law, technology, governance and constitutional law. Currently pursuing an Advanced LL.M. in Law and Digital Technologies at Leiden University, I bring both academic depth and extensive real-world experience into my teaching.

Over the past several years, I have worked closely with governments, big tech companies, and civil society organisations on some of the most complex and evolving areas of law - ranging from digital regulation and intermediary liability to AI governance, online safety, and data protection.

As a Public Policy Analyst at The Quantum Hub, I played a key role in designing regulatory frameworks and policy strategies that directly informed government thinking and industry practice. My work included developing a Responsible AI Framework in collaboration with the Government of India, advising companies such as Google, Microsoft, Snapchat, and YouTube on regulatory compliance, and co-authoring reports and studies on online safety and platform accountability.

Previously, as Policy & Legal Counsel at SFLC.in, I worked on high-impact constitutional and policy issues - drafting legal submissions before the Supreme Court of India, advising Members of Parliament, and building one of India’s first cross-sectoral technology policy coalitions. My work combined legal analysis with advocacy, contributing to debates on surveillance, internet shutdowns, free speech, and digital rights.

I began my career in legal practice at Sai Krishna & Associates, where I advised Amazon Prime Video on content regulation, intellectual property, and platform compliance - negotiating contracts and conducting legal risk assessments across multiple high-profile projects.

Alongside my professional work, I have authored several publications on technology law, digital policy, and governance, and have led research and stakeholder consultations across industry, government, academia and civil society.

My Expertise -
Core legal subjects: Contract, Tort, Criminal, and Constitutional Law
Technology & digital law: AI regulation, data protection, intermediary liability, platform governance
Media & IP law: Content regulation, copyright, trademarks, and digital media
Legal skills: Research, academic writing, policy drafting, legal strategy, and advocacy
Real-world policy engagement: Government advisory, regulatory design, and stakeholder consultations
Education
I primarily offer two courses:

Core Law Courses - Mastering Legal Concepts & Case Law
Legal Skills Lab - Writing, Research, Advocacy & Real-World Practice

Depending on your needs, I am happy to develop new courses that are more personalised for you.

This series of lessons focuses on the skills that truly define a good lawyer, but which are not covered in law school. The sessions are designed as a practical, hands-on learning experience and help you learn to think, write, and argue like a jurist.

A central part of the course is excellent research. You will learn how to design and structure sound research projects – from papers to dissertations and theses. This includes formulating clear research questions, building coherent arguments, selecting suitable methodologies, and structuring your work in a way that is analytically sharp and academically convincing.

The sessions go beyond superficial research skills. You will be trained in:
1. Designing an in-depth research methodology (doctrinal, comparative, and interdisciplinary approaches)
2. Primary legal research, including analysis of case law, interpretation of legislation and use of legislative material
3. Secondary research strategies, including identifying high-quality academic sources and policy material
4. Supervision of theses and dissertations, including topic selection, structuring chapters, refining arguments, and editing drafts

In addition to research, the course places a strong emphasis on writing and communication. You will learn how to write high-quality academic papers, policy briefs, legal memos, and opinion pieces, enabling you to produce precise, persuasive, and original analyses.

In addition to writing, advocacy skills and strategic thinking are also covered: how to formulate arguments convincingly, handle opposing viewpoints, and communicate complex ideas clearly. The lessons, based on practical experience in legal advice, policy advising, and advocacy in the field of digital rights, show you how the law functions outside the lecture hall.

A key focus is applied learning: you work on exercises, receive detailed, personal feedback, and develop a portfolio of writing and research results that you can use academically or professionally.

What you will learn:
- The ability to design and execute high-quality legal research projects
- Strong skills in writing theses and structuring dissertations
- Mastery of primary and secondary legal research methods
- Clear, structured, and persuasive legal writing
- Practical experience in drafting memos, pleadings, and academic work
- Confidence in argumentation, critical thinking, and pleading
- Insight into real-world legal and policy practice

The authenticity of an exchange. In a society increasingly rooted in a competitive approach, where automated exchanges with Artificial Intelligence cannot replace the need for human interaction, this is precisely what we lack.
As a lawyer by training and an independent legal consultant, creating "Le Droit aux Savoirs" (The Right to Knowledge) is a breath of fresh air. This private tutoring program is aimed directly at high school students, undergraduate and graduate law students, and more generally at anyone intrigued by the beauty of legal language (you'll discover it soon enough).
Moreover, being currently preparing for the entrance exam to the National School of Magistrates, a solid mastery of legal fundamentals as well as the methods required in legal studies remains.

🎓 It is now necessary to elaborate somewhat on my experience:
- 4 years already dedicated to private lessons (which is significant) via the organization Complétude as well as independently (law, French, science, history and languages).
Regarding the law, and to clarify my point, the teaching that was provided covered and still covers a broad spectrum within the legal field, namely:
- Legal methodology (essential for success: legal essay, practical case study, case commentary and summary note)
- Civil Law (fundamental concepts, contract law, family law, tort law, property law, civil procedure, etc.)
- Criminal Law (fundamental concepts, special criminal law, criminal procedure, criminal law of property and business)
- Administrative Law (fundamental concepts, review of the vast body of existing case law on the subject)
- Labour Law (history of trade unionism, study of the employment contract)
- Public Law (Constitutional Law, Law of Local Authorities, Law of Social Welfare and Action, Constitutional Litigation)
- European Union Law (primary and secondary law, European Union litigation)
- The Law of English-speaking and Spanish-speaking countries
- ... and other subjects directly related to the program of the entrance examination to the National School of the Judiciary.

👋 What about my teaching approach, you might ask?
Beyond this desire for authenticity, it seems particularly crucial to dismantle the prejudices that poison the perception of legal studies. Law can then, and in my humble opinion must, be considered within the delicate balance between discipline and flexibility, between rigor and adaptability.

💬 Wouldn't you be interested?
Please feel free to contact me by message and I remain available to discuss the frequency of classes and their modalities (in-person in Tours, videoconference and possibility of travel if necessary).

In the meantime, Madam/Sir, it would be a real pleasure for me to support you as best I can on your path to success because, as its name suggests: you have the Right to Knowledge! 😉

Can't see the wood for the trees in your law books? Social law and labor law are fascinating but complex subjects, and on the exam, professors test the application of logic more often than pure memorization.
As an independent Senior Legal Consultant, I bring theory to life with practical examples. We get to work in a highly focused manner: we solve mock exams together, analyze complex cases (such as dismissal files or flexi-job legislation), and I teach you how to effectively annotate and use your law book during an open-book exam. No more panic before the exam period, but structured preparation.

arge Language Models (LLMs) possess vast networks of deep knowledge, but the standard, one-sentence queries most people use only scrape the surface. To unlock highly sophisticated, nuanced, and truly expert AI responses, you need to understand how to design advanced system structures, meta-prompts, and intentional constraints.

I have designed this practical, hands-on course as a guide to moving past the basic "chat" interface. You will learn how to bypass generic AI text generation and instead program the AI's persona, reasoning patterns, and processing steps behind the scenes to reveal hidden analytical depth.

What you will master in this course:

The Persona Stack: How to align layered identity attributes (experience, skepticism, communication styles) to completely alter the depth of the AI's knowledge base.

Meta-Prompting Frameworks: Teach the AI how to think about a complex category of problems step-by-step before it even attempts to write an answer.

The Expert Interrogation: Advanced structural frameworks where you guide an AI model to interview itself, critique its own reasoning, and expose its own blind spots.

System Instructions & Guardrails: Master the use of explicit parameters ("Must Include" vs. "Must Avoid") to eliminate conversational filler and enforce precise analytical frameworks.

By the end of this class, you will stop treating AI like a simple search engine and start engineering structural prompts that command the full depth of its technical capability.

Hello! I'm Ali, and I'd love to be your German teacher. I'm not a native speaker myself – I learned German from scratch and later passed the DSH-2 exam (C1 level). So I know exactly how it feels to struggle with a new language, and more importantly, how to overcome those challenges.

My lessons are for everyone: complete beginners, intermediate learners, and advanced students who need German for university, work, or exam preparation (Goethe, DSH, TestDaF). With my background in political science at the University of Jena, I also specialise in academic German – writing, presentations, and discussions.

I design every lesson around your personal goals. We use real materials like short articles, videos, and everyday conversations, so you learn the German people actually speak. Grammar is never scary with me, and mistakes are always welcome – they show us where to improve. Most importantly, you'll speak a lot and feel comfortable from the very first session.

I have several years of online teaching experience, especially with refugees, which taught me to be patient, calm, and encouraging. If you're curious about politics, society, or philosophy, I'm always happy to bring those topics into our lessons – they're my passion.

Book a lesson and let's start this journey together. I can't wait to meet you!

At the end of your apprenticeship, you will be able to design, develop, test and deploy your own applications with confidence and autonomy.
