Together we can get you to reach your goals: whether you want to improve your backbend, your bridge, your splits, your hip mobility - we can do this together! Through active-passive stretching techniques, as well as listening to your body and finding the exercises that suits you, we will be able to improve your flexibility for your specific practice (circus, pole dance, dance etc.) or just for your everyday life!

As I have great past experience with teachers who took the time to make me understand every bits of the skills I needed and why I needed them,

It is thanks to my teachers and coaches who have taught me that learning is about understanding why we learn what we learn, that I have developed a passion for aerial circus, movement and the French language. These are fields where I can fully express myself, and it has been through my understanding of the techniques, the processes and the rules, that I can now use them as freely as I want, and even subvert them if I wish.

I am a patient teacher, who tries to get to know each student individually, to understand their drive and their wishes and desires. I like to build a project with them, together, to co-create an objective that makes sense to them. From there on, we can always re-adapt throughout the process, that is why honest communication is essential as well. I want the student to be comfortable enough to share if there is something that they don't feel is right for them, because I am a teacher-student as well! I am always in the process of becoming so I learn from them and from you :)
