Meditation for Calm & Presence – A Gentle Introduction

This class offers a gentle and accessible introduction to meditation for anyone looking to slow down, reconnect and find a sense of calm. No previous experience is needed.

Each session includes a short introduction to meditation, simple guidance and practical tips to help you feel more comfortable with the practice and bring it into daily life. The meditation itself is guided in a supportive and non-judgmental way, with a focus on breath, body awareness and presence.

Remember there is no pressure to “do it right”, meditation is about showing up as you are. Drawing from mindfulness, meditation and my background in psychology, I create a calm and inclusive space where you can explore the practice step by step, at your own pace.

This class is suitable for complete beginners as well as for those who already meditate and wish to reconnect with a softer, more grounded approach.

Ciao, I’m Beatrice. I’m originally from Milan, and I’m a native Italian speaker.

I’ve lived and worked in international environments, mainly in England and Switzerland, and I’m deeply curious about people, cultures and the inner processes that shape how we learn and grow. This curiosity is what led me to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology alongside my professional work.

I’m a reflective and empathetic person, with a strong interest in people, psychology, personal growth, and philosophy, as well as learning about different cultures. I’m also drawn to spirituality in a grounded way, and I practice yoga and meditation as tools to stay present, centred and connected.
