I am a qualified English teacher with 5+ years experience of teaching from ages 4-16. Each tutoring session is completely tailored to the child but can include verbal practice, spellings, comprehension, writing and phonics. I am passionate about helping young children to feel confident in their English expression, which can sometimes be an extra challenge in a bilingual envionment.

Hi there,

Allow me to introduce myself! I am Min Ling (Melissa), a Singaporean living in Aigle, Switzerland. I have a bachelor's degree in Business Marketing and English is my native language where I was born and bred. In my country, we mainly speak English or/and our mother tongue ( in my case, Mandarin) for our everyday activities. Since moving to the French-speaking part of Switzerland, I picked up French (4+ years) and I am not going to lie, I am a work in progress, and I am working hard to improve it.

No matter what level you are, one of my goals is to make you feel at ease and stress-free learning English whether you have little to no knowledge of the language. I will help you build a strong foundation through fun and interactive lessons because we learn better when it is interesting and captivating.
