A full course of one hour (60 min) with the possibility of reserving for a longer duration (90 min).My classes are mainly oriented on the connection with the breath, the anchoring and the deep muscular work.
The lessons are adapted according to the level of the students, and I offer several variations:
Hatha Yoga: general category which encompasses most of the styles practiced. "Hatha" means "perseverance", "effort" or even "determination". To be determined to achieve liberation within a certain period.
This discipline is in relation with "prana", the vital force and its two components: masculine energies, considered as solar and active + feminine energies considered as lunar and passive.
From there was born another interpretation according to which "Ha" & "Tha" would mean the sun and the moon united and balanced through the practice of Hatha yoga.
The soul being the sun, constant and stable in its brilliance and luminosity, the spirit being the moon, constantly fluctuating and changing like the phases of the moon.
The basic principle of Hatha yoga being to unite and harmonize the opposing energies of the body; the mind and its reactions. We unite the body and the spirit to unite the spirit with the universe.
A Hatha yoga class consists of physical postures and breathing exercises. The postures are performed slower and last for a few breaths (30 seconds to a few minutes) to promote anchorage and stability. A real in-depth muscular work.
Vinyasa Yoga: the Sanskrit term Vinyasa is derived from 2 roots "Nyasa" which means "to place" and "Vi" which can be translated as "in a specific way". Each movement is linked to rhythm and consciously placed to create a dynamic flow.
It is a more rhythmic and powerful yoga which allows to link the postures in a harmonious way with transitions commonly called "vinyasa" and used in particular during the sun salutations. Here we retain the postures in a shorter time than during a Hatha yoga session, but we are still aware of our movements and our alignment.
Yin Yoga: a gentle yoga, for people looking for relaxation, a stretching work inspired by Yin Yoga to release muscle tension and settle into letting go.
I invite you to discover Yoga with Hope Arts Studio or to deepen your knowledge if you are already practicing.
Meditation: work on the chakras; the 7 main energy centers of the body, often represented by 7 specific colors. During this session, we will focus on a particular chakra to balance and / or unblock it through breathing techniques and guided meditation.
We will also explore mindfulness meditation, bringing the moment to the present moment, reconnecting to your “inner self” consciously and without judgment, examining thoughts and emotions.
This practice is beneficial for relieving tension and everyday stress.
Possibility of private or semi-private lessons in the studio, at home or online.
I teach in French and English.

Constanza
Hatha Yoga for Body-Mind Balance and Self-ConnectionAbout me
My name is Constanza, and I've been a certified Hatha Yoga Teacher since 2021. But my yoga journey began long before that: over 20 years ago. What began as a personal practice transformed into a true philosophy of life and, over time, a vocation.
In addition to traditional yoga, I have experience using yoga as a physical and mental preparation for freediving (apnea), a discipline I also practice. This connection between body, breath, and water allowed me to delve deeper into techniques of concentration, breath control, and mindfulness, which I now integrate into my classes to offer a more conscious and profound experience.
My dream is to accompany those who wish to begin or deepen their yoga journey, respecting each individual's time and needs. I deeply believe that yoga is a transformative tool, not only for the body but also for the soul.
About the course
This Hatha Yoga course is designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and rediscover your breath as an anchor to the present moment. We'll work with postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and moments of introspection and meditation.
Whether you're just starting out or already have experience, each class is designed to be a safe, friendly, and flexible space where you can explore your practice at your own pace.
If you're also interested in the world of water—whether through recreational diving or freediving—I also offer specific tools to improve body awareness, lung capacity, and mental serenity, which are key both in and out of the water.
✨ I invite you to discover the power of pause, silence, and conscious movement. The journey to yourself begins with a breath... and I'd love to join you. ✨

Yoga and pilatesIndividual or group class ( 20 people maximum), the classes are taking place outdoors or indoors, on a Yoga mat, without or with the help of numerous accessories, balls, blocks, circles, and rollers. I teach Yin yoga or Hatha yoga and Pilates, Let's start in your mat right now.
Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that targets the deeper connective tissues, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia. Unlike more dynamic styles of yoga, Yin involves long-held poses, typically held for 3 to 5 minutes or even longer. The focus is on passive stretching and finding stillness, which encourages the release of tension and promotes flexibility.
Yin yoga poses are usually done on the floor, and practitioners are encouraged to relax their muscles, allowing gravity to do the work. This practice fosters a meditative mindset, helping to cultivate mindfulness and awareness.
Benefits of Yin yoga include improved joint mobility, increased circulation, and a sense of calm. It's a great complement to more vigorous styles of yoga or workouts, providing balance and promoting overall well-being.
Hatha Yoga links postures much faster than Yin yoga and it works on strengthening as well as muscle elasticity. It also helps to balance the two hemispheres of the brain as well as to harmonize the body and mind.
In Hatha yoga, the pace is typically moderate, allowing practitioners to explore poses deeply and develop strength, flexibility, and balance. Classes may vary in style and intensity, but they generally emphasize mindfulness and connection to breath.
Pilates is a low-impact exercise method that focuses on strengthening muscles while improving postural alignment, flexibility, and core stability, it emphasizes controlled movements, breathing techniques, and awareness of body alignment.
Pilates can be practiced on a mat or using specialized equipment, such as the Reformer, which adds resistance to exercises. The core is the primary focus, but Pilates also targets various muscle groups throughout the body.
Key benefits of Pilates include improved strength, better posture, increased flexibility, and enhanced body awareness. It’s suitable for people of all fitness levels and can be adapted for rehabilitation or athletic training.

🌸 Let’s talk feminine energy 🌸
Yin is the embodiment of feminine energy — slow, intuitive, fluid, and deeply restorative.
It teaches us to receive. To feel. To soften.
In a world that often pushes us to go faster, do more, and always be ‘on,’ Yin invites us back to being.
This is where we reconnect with our essence — the part of us that delights in stillness, savors the moment, and feels life deeply.
Yin helps us fall in love with simply being alive. With noticing the small things.
It’s not about chasing — it’s about attracting. It’s about surrendering to the rhythm of the breath, the wisdom of the body, and the whisper of the present moment.
Whether you identify as masculine or feminine — we all carry both energies within.
Yin was actually designed for male martial artists by Paulie Zink to help balance excess yang energy.
So for men, this is a powerful way to slow down, ground yourself, and reconnect with clarity.
For women, especially those constantly in ‘go’ mode, Yin is a healing return to your natural flow. It can transform the way you move through the world — with softness, magnetism, and inner peace.
☀️ Flow with Vinyasa ☀️
If Yin is the moon, Vinyasa is the sun. Vinyasa yoga is a powerful practice that links breath with movement, helping you build flexibility, balance, and body awareness while releasing mental clutter. It's energising, detoxifying, and grounding all at once.
But it’s not just flowy vibes — Vinyasa works deeply into your muscles. With creative sequences and full-body movement, it strengthens your core, stretches tight areas, tones your limbs, and builds endurance. Every class is a gentle workout and a moving meditation wrapped in one.
Whether you're looking to break a sweat or melt into your breath, this practice keeps your body strong, lean, and balanced — and your mind clear and centered.
💫 You don’t have to choose between softness and strength. You were made to hold both.
See you on the mat ✨🌷

The Role of Yoga in Cardiac Health
The position of yoga in cardiac health is increasingly diagnosed and appreciated for its holistic approach to improving cardiovascular well-being. right here are a few key components of how yoga can advantage cardiac health:
Blood stress management: Yoga and relaxation techniques, together with deep respiratory and meditation, can assist in reducing strain levels. lowering pressure can, in flip, reduce blood pressure, which is a sizable chance aspect for coronary heart disease.
cholesterol and Lipid Profile improvement: Studies have shown that everyday yoga practice can lead to a decrease in serum cholesterol levels, triglycerides, and unfastened fatty acids. those upgrades in lipid profiles contribute to a healthier cardiovascular gadget.
Blood Glucose control: Yoga and conscious respiration sporting activities can also help modify blood glucose stages, which is essential for people with diabetes or those susceptible to developing diabetes, as out-of-control blood sugar can contribute to heart troubles.
Weight management: Yoga may be a powerful tool for weight management. ordinary yoga exercise, blended with a balanced weight-reduction plan, can assist individuals in maintaining a healthy frame weight. obesity is a chance component for heart disorders, so weight control is crucial for cardiac fitness.
bodily fitness: The physical postures (asanas) in yoga assist in improving flexibility, power, and standard physical health. A more potent, extra flexible frame can better support heart fitness and typical well-being.
stress discount: Chronic pressure is known to have detrimental outcomes on the heart. Yoga promotes rest and decreases pressure through techniques like mindfulness, meditation, and deep respiratory sporting events. this will make contribute to better cardiac health by lowering the impact of stress-associated hormones on the frame.
efficiency and well-being: As you mentioned, yoga can enhance one's overall performance and experience of well-being. Feeling physically and mentally nice can positively affect cardiac fitness by using promoting a fine outlook and inspiring healthier lifestyle choices.
As a part of a complete technique for cardiac health, a wholesome weight loss plan, rich in fruits, vegetables, complete grains, and lean proteins, can supplement the blessings of yoga and support cardiovascular wellness.
Consistency and commitment: Normal and regular yoga exercise is prime to reaping the blessings. It calls for commitment to at least one's health and faith within the process. Over time, people may also enjoy upgrades in their cardiac fitness and a standard experience of well-being.
In conclusion, yoga plays a precious function in promoting cardiac health by using addressing bodily, mental, and religious aspects of properly being. Combining yoga with a heart-wolesome food plan and making a dedication to everyday practice can be a powerful manner to manage and improve cardiovascular health. however, it is vital to discuss with a healthcare expert earlier than starting any new exercise or dietary regimen, mainly when you have current cardiac problems or fitness issues.
This will be a tailor-made class for you!
Let's see you on Mat.
NAMASTE!

Dance & Therapy session | Transcendental EmbodimentAre you seeking for a creative and uplifting way to consciously reconnect with yourself ? Transcendental Embodiment is a dance practice that will guide you to embrace your emotions and help you to reach your true authentic self. Through meditative dances, guided imageries, and energy healing modalities.
I am here to support and guide you in your process of discovering your inner power through:
- chakras alignment, guided meditation, breathing exercises
- self-expression & subjective experience through dance
- expanding your heart space, emotional awareness, and healing in movement and dance
- release of stress, judgment, and trapped emotions
- grounding, self-care, resilience
- and more...
The sessions are tailored to the specific needs and capabilities of each individual.
*Dance can be a practice of introspection, transformation, and transcendence of one’s subjective experiences into a worldwide journey.
*
As a professional dancer, teacher, and performance maker I am introspectively processing each working day in consciousness, listening to my upcoming emotions, triggers, or anxiety when it comes to be physically and mentally performative in a team, or as a freelance artist.
Instead of suppressing these emotions and creating energetical and mental blockages (that can end up into somatic pains or burn-out): we should pay more attention to these inner warning messages and strengthen our emotional intelligence to be able to cope with the infinitesimal external stimulus and daily-stress of our very fast lives.
It can be challenging to sense with clarity what is the origin of some feelings of frustration, unsatisfaction, discomfort, or grief, and it can be intimidating or discouraging to walk alone on that path.
This class helps you to commit to your better-being, presence to oneself countering wellness procrastination.
* What do you need to feel lighter, brighter, or happier in your everyday life? *
* What is your self-achievement potentiality? *
- For who? : For anyone who enjoys movement and dance, and desires a better connection and understanding with their moving bodies. / One-to-one or group sessions.
- Where? : Online via SKYPE or at the student's location.
Values: Integrity, Transparency, Respect, Cooperation
* About TE :
Transcendental Embodiment (TE) is the result of three years of research and development. Merging from a movement philosophy research entitled Behind & Beyond, to its phenomenological understanding. The metaphysical unity of the tangible and intangible bodies expounds on the undeniable relationships between those in the physical realm. The tangible body (the material vehicle), the intangibles bodies (psychological, emotional, energetical, and spiritual). As a dance healing practice, guiding the practitioner to conscious corporeality, and subjective emotional understanding, this methodology can also be a useful tool to improve artistry and technical skills on a deeper level, widening mindful creativity, awareness, empathy, and sensitivity.
(TE) movement and dance methodology combines a meditative approach in stillness and through movement, awakening the mind, spreading the awareness into different body parts; putting a specific emphasis on improvisation skills, and musicality, following energy impulses and intuitive movement and increasing the flow of energy. Inviting the practitioners to practice resilience, non-self definition, non-judgment, self-care and self-love, integrity, and acceptance to overcome technical, physical, and mental limits holding the practitioner from his self-achievement potentiality. This approach builds itself crescendo on subjective movement reflexivity and introspective journey through the following process:
* The four steps:
Being | Investigation | Exploration | Dedication
Unconscious - Subconscious - Conscious - Transcendental Consciousness
