I’m a classically trained pianist with a Bachelor and Masters degree in Australia as well as currently doing my another masters in the Leipzig Hochschule für Musik und Theater- Leipzig. I offer lessons in English as well as Korean.

My teaching is very organised based as well as providing methodology instructions to students.
Whether you're interested in a diverse repertoire, improvisation in church music (ccm) or classical pieces, I am here to elevate your skills as a pianist by providing the right knowledge whilst having an enjoyable time :)

About Me

I am an international concert pianist based in Leipzig with more than 10 years of teaching experience, both privately and in schools. Over the years, I’ve guided students of all ages and levels — from complete beginners to advanced players preparing for everyday learning to competitions.

As a teacher, I aim to make lessons both structured and inspiring. I combine solid technical training with a strong focus on practice techniques, so that students not only build skills but also build a strong foundation on how to practice.

This ranges from learning the basics of the instrument to professional preparation for the entrance exams at music schools. I completed my Master of Composition at the Royal College of Music last summer and have now moved back to Leipzig. Since the lessons were held in English, English- or Dutch-speaking students are also welcome.
Film music is an increasingly popular specialty of composition and is therefore on an up and coming path and not just popular among the younger generation. Classical composition is also an important part, which is why I offer a range from Vaughan Williams to Wagner and John Williams to Hans Zimmer (orchestral music - computer music).

We can learn songs, riffs, chords, whatever you like!
I have played music since I was 12, so over half my life, and since then I have played in a variety of different genre bands. Even without formal training, I have an extensive knowledge of music theory and I like to write my own jazz tunes. I am currently trying to join bands since I've moved to Leipzig:)

Everything in this world works with vibrations, which we can translate into music, according to different points of perspective. With music we can transmit our feelings, moods, needs or sensations that come from the deepest part of our being and we cannot express them in any other way.
