As a self taught editor, i always wished for some guidance when it came to figuring out how to go about making an edit, finding sponsers, following trends and networking. What kind of content are we making? What is the clients brand? How do we ensure the viewer stays entertained throughout the video? What are the sponsors wishes and how do we meet them? First I make an assessment of aptitude for, and existing knowledge of, English for each student.

During teaching I find the following elements important:

This training day is for anyone (minimum HAVO/HBO) who wants to refresh their knowledge of Dutch spelling. All difficult matters such as all/all, their/them, that/what, the correct spelling of compounds as well as a short repetition of the verb spelling are discussed. At the end of this day you will be fully aware of the spelling rules of Dutch and you can communicate in writing with peace of mind, both privately and at work. The day is fully arranged (including unlimited coffee/tea, water and soft drinks, in the afternoon a delicious lunch) and specific teaching materials. The course takes place in a prime location, within walking distance of Leiden Central Station, in a small group of a minimum of four to a maximum of ten people.
