Pour les intermédiaires et les avancés: comprendre et exprimer dans différents contextes linguistique.

Native Mandarin speaker, comfortable in French or English. Student at EPFL. For course support or targeted exercises. I'm also interested in traditional poems; it's an option either for introducing Chinese culture or for learning more native languages. Please contact me if you'd like more information. :-)

Hello 你好! A little introduction from me:

1) I graduated from Bachelor at Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, I now work for an international organization in Lausanne.
2) Having lived 17 years in China, I have a perfect command of Chinese. In addition, I have more than 5 years of experience in teaching Chinese, English and French.
3) I have experience of being an interpreter between Chinese and French during the summer of 2015-2020.
4) Chinese is my mother tongue, I also speak fluent English (Level C1) and French (Level C2).

I am passionate about language education. In addition, I have experience of working with international students (CH, FR, DE, KR, JP, US ...) and I have a very strong human relationship.

I studied myself in Taiwan and I share with you the learning techniques that allowed me to be bilingual in 9 months.

If you would like to improve your Chinese, I can help you out in an interesting and never boring way. For your tutoring, I would design a detailed plan based on your interest and preference for learning.

I have been giving chinese lessons for more than 10 years. Before that, I was a radio broadcaster and a journalist in China, hence I have a perfect pronunciation of the official mandarin, without any accent. It provides my students the best conditions to learn chinese, as the tone you give to words when you speak chinese as a foreigner is of great importance if you want to be understood by natives.

I have a strong working experience helping students preparing their HSK exam, I also often teach diplomats, to help them acquire the necessary skills and understand properly the vocabulary specific to their job.

I also love to work with kids, as I was a mandarin teacher for 2 years in an international school in Singapore. I give them a playful learning environment and use fun learning methods, so even the youngest can stay focused!
