Hello! I am Irene, a graduated Master student at HKU Utrecht Conservatorium, and I offer cello lessons to people of all ages, both online and in person. I have more than 7 years of experience teaching both adults and children, in private lessons, group lessons and music schools. I have also taught music theory and piano to beginners. The lessons could work in different ways: regular lessons every one or two weeks, or just a couple of times, etc. I have had students that only wanted to learn a bit, and I also have students that have continued for some years with me. I could also adjust the duration of the lessons from 30mins (especially for younger kids) to 1h. The lessons can be in English and Spanish, and now also in Nederlands! (work in progress!) Hi! I'm Marcello and I come from Italy. I've been playing the drums for more than half of my life and a few years ago I moved to the Netherlands to pursue a music education and to establish myself in The Hague as a professional musician and teacher. In recent years, I have also received further training in singing techniques for pop songs and musical theatre songs. I followed the CVT basic course and the Tools for Teachers training at Cordula Klein Goldewijk. It was very enjoyable to me and valuable additional knowledge to learn more about these techniques, and about the differences and similarities with classical singing technique. I started my journey of learning how to shuffle/cut shapes a little over a year and a half ago and it ignited a flame of passion in me like nothing had in a very long time. I'd say it's turned into a somewhat spiritual experience for me. Although there is of course still a lot for me to learn and improve on and I feel like my journey has just started, I feel confident that I can help others get started on their own journey. My fundamentals as well as my knowledge and understanding of the dance are pretty solid and I would never try to teach you something that is outside of my expertise. I am Carlos (08/02/1992), professional violinist and violin and viola teacher. I started playing the violin when I was 15 years old. This means I can still clearly remember the methods and techniques I used to learn how to play the violin. I will certainly take these experiences with me into my teaching position. These insights allow me to teach each student according to his/her desires and needs. My passion for teaching started when my father and nephew wanted to learn to play the violin. Since then I have continued to teach many students because I get energy and inspiration from my students. In recent years I have taught many different students and because of this I have gained a lot of experience in using different methodologies. Teaching is a big responsibility. My priority is to let the student have fun while learning and to stimulate musicality/creativity. Every student is different and has different interests, therefore every student will be taught in a different way and with a different method. The styles I teach can vary from classical to jazz, pop, etc. I have taught students of different levels both in Spain and in the Netherlands: beginners, amateurs, advanced. So I teach students who are preparing for the conservatory, but also the very first beginners. Because I am from Spain, I can teach in Spanish, English and Dutch.
