I'm a Italian cellist graduated in Italy and finishing the Master in Utrecht Conservatory. I would love to share with students my experiences and my knowledges about classical music and to continue to discover deeply with you this beautiful art and instrument.

I know how arduous the artistic journey can be yet, we take it none the less, because we are all striving for this little moment of magic that arises when everything falls into place. For me, I saw this happening many times during a performance but also in coaching others and it gives me chills every time. And I would be honoured to help you pass on this little spark of magic to others!

I have studied classical piano for over 10 years and have completed my Royal Conservatory of Music studies in Canada. I have over 3 years of experience teaching singing and piano to young students (as early as age 4) to beginner adults at the City of Toronto Parks and Recreation Programs.

I am a passionate, calm and patient teacher who wants to share my love of music with my fellow students. I am also keen on helping students improve and gain further confidence to perform.

I will be teaching online and when it is suitable I will be able to teach on location.

Lessons will be flexible and based around what the student wants to learn. The duty is to prevent notorious bad habits from being unknowingly learned, common when people don't have a tutor. I encourage students to break the rules of music theory to carve their own path while sticking to a strict practice routine to build technique and drive forward progress in their ability. Classes can be focused on electric guitar of all styles or acoustic classical guitar. I am an experienced guitarist of the last 18 years, touring many countries of Europe with a band and tutoring students from beginner to intermediate. I take great pride in seeing progress in my students and look forward to seeing it in you.

Have you always wanted to play a bow string instrument but have never dared? Are you advanced cellist and you want to increase your playing level? Restarting the cello after a break and you need some inspiration and help? In my lessons I will teach you classical repertoire of the cello, but also, if you wish, we can work on some alternative repertoire. Moreover, we will work on technical aspects (bowings, left hand) as well as how to create the healthiest posture to play cello. You will find with me the endless possibilities of this instrument.

Furthermore, if you need some coach for your chamber music group, I can help you. Chamber music has been always integrated in my music education.

I received my BMus degree at the Nelson Mandela University in the Eastern Cape and received tutelage from Dr Erica Bothma and Dr Erna Cloete.

I can teach flute and recorder up to an advanced level, and piano from beginner to a grade 5 level. I am also able to teach music theory up to a grade 5 level.

I can provide both structured lessons with the goal to play/write an exam, or provide lessons just to learn for the pleasure of playing an instrument. Each pupil will be treated for their individual needs and desires. I can offer my lessons in English and/or Afrikaans. Unfortunately I do not have a piano in my home yet.

I have always had a love for music and have wanted to share that love with the world.

I love teaching guitar, and I am good at it. Learning music is similar to learning a language. We learn by imitating the sounds that we hear. During this stage, I also incorporate proper technique; how the instrument should be held and how the strings should be strummed or plucked. Once the sound is adequately imitated, we look at influences and start developing vocabulary. Finally, I want to ensure the student can replicate these precise sounds. I do this by teaching the theory and reasoning behind the vocabulary.

I teach singer-songwriter lessons in Utrecht. Ages 10 and up.
You don't have to be able to do anything yet.
You don't have to be able to play an instrument yourself.
During the lessons we work on writing lyrics, vocal technique and performance.
You can get acquainted with different instruments.

There are different types of lessons possible:

1. You want to develop your writing talent in a small group - 1 hour per week with a presentation of your work every six months. (Maximum 4 people per group - Minimum 2 people)
2. You want to write a song for a special occasion in a short time - 4-hour workshop

I discovered my passion for the guitar at the age of seven it all started when I first heard Led Zeppelin.That sound pulled me into the world of guitar and soon led me to the blues, where my musical journey truly began.Over the years, I’ve explored many styles, from electric blues, jazz, rock, and pop to acoustic fingerstyle solo guitar.

I studied Jazz and Pop Guitar at the HKU Utrechts Conservatorium,where I deepened my understanding of both performance and teaching.I’m currently offering electric and acoustic guitar lessons,as well as music theory. Each student learns differently, so I always adapt my lessons to fit their individual goals, taste, and pace. My aim is to help students grow as musicians, discover their own sound, and enjoy every step of the learning process.

Now based in Utrecht, I’m active as both a performer and teacher, constantly inspired by the connection between creativity, expression, and learning.

My teaching covers a broad range of elements, from jazz, blues, pop, and rock on electric guitar to fingerstyle, blues, folk, pop, and different tunings on acoustic guitar.
