Hello!
My name is Julia, welcome to my lesson!
Although I am only 23, I have already four years of experience teaching as an employed teacher in a primary school and a secondary school. I have also trained as a Colourstrings Violin Teacher.
I believe that everyone can improve their musical skills and I love helping my students find their voice through music. I try to use methods that are encouraging and nourishing, giving my students challenges that make them love the process of learning.
As I myself am still a student - currently enroled in a Master Program in Codarts University of the Arts (Rotterdam) -, I am still very close to the challenges of learning violin, and of course to the joy of music making!
I like to combine my studies with working, both as a teacher and as a performer.

I provide private violin lessons. If preferred there is an option also to learn violin in the music school where I teach.

On my lessons I can provide you the following way of teaching/learning:
- violin basics
- advanced technique

- playing different songs in polyphony with me
- playing different styles (classical, pop, rock, folk, etc.)
- preparing for violin exams/performances...

Working with the children I have it like experience 12 years bringing it from the country where I m born. There is no borders for the music like universal language to continue teaching it . That’s my great pleasure satisfaction and motivation.

She teaches in English, Spanish, Italian, German and soon in Dutch. Lessons can take place at your place or at my place (in the centre of Utrecht) as I have a beautiful grand piano at my disposal. For young, teenagers and adults, all levels, no previous experience necessary.

I have been working for 12 years as a piano and music teacher (I started very very young, when I was 14 years old, because I always liked teaching): I have experience in private lessons and official state music schools, with children from 2 years and adults of all levels, both teaching individually and in groups. I have taught piano, music and movement for children, music theory, solfeggio and choir.

I finished my bachelor studies with the highest marks, I have experience as a concert performer and have won prizes in competitions and several scholarships prizes.

My name is Juan, I am a Spanish born flutist that works internationally, and nowadays I'm based in Rotterdam. I have already finished two Master degrees and a Bachelor with some of the worlds best professors and institutions: Robert Winn in the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln (Germany), and Jacques Zoon in Escuela Superior de Música Reina Sofía (Madrid).

Since many years, I work and collaborate with many different symphony orchestras as principal flute, soloist or piccolo flute, as well as with chamber music groups and ensembles. You can check the links below to listen some of my performances! :)

I have a very wide teaching experience. I've been teaching for around 10 years now, in many different institutions: high development schools, orchestras, private schools, private students... and nowadays live and/ or online!

I can teach all flute levels, from initiation to preparation for bachelor, master or orchestral auditions. I have a wide knowledge of the repertoire, and I've worked on it with many of the best flutists we have today: Formisano, Baerten, Grehl, Franz... My name is Daniela, and I am a cross-over violist from Costa Rica. I moved to the Netherlands in 2020 to pursue my studies at Codarts Conservatory in Rotterdam, where I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Classical Music (Viola). I am currently continuing my journey at Codarts with a Master's degree in Latin Music.

During my time in the Netherlands, I have been part of a wide range of musical projects across different genres — from classical orchestras and chamber music to pop, jazz, and world music collaborations. I've performed with ensembles such as the Jong Metropole and recorded with various pop, jazz, and fusion bands. I am also the bandleader of my own Latin project, La Reunión, and work as a freelance musician with diverse musical groups.

Before moving to the Netherlands, I studied Music Education at the University of Costa Rica and worked for several years as a private teacher. I have experience teaching violin and viola to both children and adults.

As a teacher, I am kind and patient. I believe in the value of consistent, focused work and in helping students grow step by step. I aim to make the learning process feel easy and fun!
