Experience and course description
My name is Silvia. I am originally from Spain but lived the last ten years in the U.K and I have recently moved to Copenhagen. I am a qualified native Spanish teacher with 9 years of teaching experience. I have taught in university and in language schools as well as organizing my own courses.
I teach Spanish from beginners to advanced levels for people who want to learn as a hobby, for preparation for DELE exams (Instituto Cervantes exams) or University exams, and for people who need to learn for their job. I have a relaxed yet highly efficient approach to teaching, and I ensure each student has as much support as they require. I can tailor the lessons to the student’s objectives and language needs.

Qualifications
Regarding education, I have a degree in Language and Literature, a master’s of Linguistics, and a master’s of Teaching Languages. I also hold two language teaching course certificates and I am continuously expanding my knowledge through seminars, webinars, and courses.
I speak fluent English and I am currently learning Danish so I know what it is to be in the learner’s shoes.

What I offer
Courses: I offer one-to-one classes, two-to-one classes, and group classes (discounts for groups).
Location: Agreed location in Copenhagen and surroundings/ Online

Availability: From Monday to Friday in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Présentation

I was trapped by languages since I was a child and my hobby became my profession. There is nothing else that I would enjoy more than teaching Spanish!
I can adapt to the students' language needs and plan the lesson according to their goals.
I use up-to-date teaching methods, which result in an enjoyable learning experience and a rapid improvement of student’s language skills

Education

I am continuously expanding my knowledge through seminars, webinars and courses. I like learning about the new educational trends and sharing knowledge and experiences with other colleagues.

Expérience / Qualifications

I hold a five-year degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Saragossa. I have also completed two Master’s degrees: MA in Linguistics by the University of Manchester and MA in Teaching Languages by the Valencian International University. I have also taken two courses for teaching Spanish as a foreign language at Instituto Cervantes and at University of La Rioja.
