I have a TEFL qualification and 8+ years of experience in English education in many settings, from nursery schools to higher secondary schools, private home teaching and nannying, refugee camps, children's spaces and other informal education spaces. My work history spans multiple cities and countries, including London, Yorkshire, Russia, France, Greece and Thailand, with students between 2 and 20 years old.
I like to incorporate music and creative ways of learning when appropriate, and have helped with exam preparation and English literature studies for older students. I have also worked as a full-time English nanny within families who where I provided homework help and also taught specific grammar and reading classes alongside many other duties.

I'm a philosophy student at KU Leuven at the moment, which allows me to understand English and Turkish languages in their semiotic levels and teach them with an easy to grasp pedagocial perspective.

I can also help with Turkish history, culture, politics, literature and music with a non-nationalistic point of view, since I see Turkey not as a homogenous nation, but as a union of multiple cultures and ethnicities. This will become apparent when we dive into the various etymological roots of Turkish vocabulary, including Greek, Armenian, French, Kurdish, Arabic, Persian, etc.
