If you would like to reduce stress, help blood circulation, increase concentration and creativity in a very relaxed and easy-going routine, then YIN YOGA is for you.
I also love using balances & intense stretch sessions as a tool for mindfulness and emotional healing.

Spanish is the world's second-most spoken language. Therefore, learning it and being able to, at least, understand the most basics is indeed essential! This class is for either beginner students, advanced students or for people that want to improve their vocabulary and speaking skills! I assign homework after every lesson and provide progress reports.

In Capoeira classes we start with warming up, and then we learn Capoeira movements (for all levels and ages). Ultimately, we can play capoeira together. I teach individuals and groups. In class you also learn Capoeira Music (Percussion Instruments) and Culture.

All materials are included.

I adopt a unique, holistic approach to movement that combines elements of yoga, tai chi and breathwork.
