I am a third-year student of BSc Economics and Business Economics at the University of Amsterdam. My goal is to be a private tutor and provide 1to1 support for students (at their house if necessary).

I have very high scores in my A-Level (UK curriculum) exams in Mathematics, Accounting and Economics backed up by good first and second year grades at the University of Amsterdam. I can teach any topic of the mentioned subjects for students undertaking VMBO, VWO, or HBO level education.

I have a flexible schedule so I can allocate many different time slot options for you. I can help you prepare for your VMBO/VWO exams.

About me
My name is Tom and I obtained my master's degree in Finance & Investments from Erasmus University. I enjoy sharing my enthusiasm and knowledge about topics such as business economics, economics, finance and accounting with everyone I mentor! During and after my studies I worked at an investor, investment bank and scientific research institute, and I am currently setting up my own company. I have been tutoring regularly since 2020; both to high school students and to adults pursuing a master's degree.

About my coaching
If you are struggling with a specific topic, we can see together what you are good at and what we can best focus on during the sessions. Some courses that I have supervised in the past are: business economics, economics, mathematics, bookkeeping/accountancy, cost accounting, managerial accounting, financial accounting, business economics (beco), risk management and investments.
