As a Management Consultant in the Corporate sector for 16 years, I've coached many people to become more effective communicators, leaders, and happier people. The aim of working with me is to grow stronger, to become more aware of what's causing the limitation. To create a change in perspective through activities that grow the authentic consciousness that's already within you - so you feel empowered enough to overcome the limitation through increased joy, strength and happiness. Each class is tailored to the student's requirements - it could consist of life coaching, leadership coaching, yoga, meditation, energy clearing, acupressure, art therapy or something else that's more appropriate. I generally work with a student for 4 - 6 weeks, with a single class per week. The student has daily homework to do in-between classes to assist with the transformation that will be energetically occurring when working with me.
