My lessons will be focused and led on the needs of the student ( prononciation, written skills etc). French is my mother tongue and I also did tutoring during my High school years, so it is not new for me. I believe that a good lesson can last from 45 mintues to one hour so that the student can be fully focused and not miss a thing!
My lessons are for everyone (children, students to adults).
I will be available by email between lessons to accompany the students in their learning.
Teaching is, from my point of view, a shared experience and must be fun !

Hi!
I am Maxence a 27 years old musical theatre student. I am originally from Switzerland (french part) and came in London in the beginning of september. I come from a big family and love to discover new cultures and languages as well as share my culture with other people. I know that learning can sometimes be difficult but I sincerly hope I will be able to help you and teach french in a fun way.

I have had the chance to work on french with children form 8-12 years old. They had different levels and it has never been an issue for the lesson, as I adapt easily to them. Regarding lessons with adults, I will do the same and adapt to their level.

STRUCTURE OF THE LESSONS:

I build my lessons through a communicative approach maximising the use of the target language.
My lessons are usually task-based and centred around practical functions.
During each lesson, we will always work on four different skills such as speaking, listening, reading and writing, using a great variety of teaching materials reflecting real-life situations.

MY COURSES WILL AIM AT:

– Improving your listening and conversation skills
– Explaining grammar rules
– Introducing new vocabulary using specific learning methods
– Enhancing your writing, speaking and listening skills

LANGUAGE:

I have learnt English, Spanish and I am currently learning Italian and Russian, so I perfectly understand how it feels to learn a new language and the difficulties that one can come across, especially when that language isn't using the same alphabet as your mother tongue.

I have taught French to people from Europe, Commonwealth, Russia, Colombia, Iran, Sri Lanka, Maldives, South Africa, Syria, Lebanon, Algeria, Turkey, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong, and China, and among them, some were students, teachers, analysts, brokers, nurses, doctors, lawyers, singers, business owners, writers, actors, ambassadors, personal trainers, interior designers, architects, TV and movie producers...
