I firmly believe that yoga is a powerful tool to promote physical and mental well-being, find inner peace, and lead a balanced life. After practicing yoga intensively since 2008, both in Satyananda ashrams in Greece and India, as well as daily as a personal sadhana, and initiated in Karma Sannyasa by Swami Satyasangananda Saraswati, my heart has been even more dedicated to the Satyananda system of yoga.
