During the workshops on the various themes of art therapy you will be led, thanks to different mediums (such as acrylic paint, watercolor, pastels), to create and implement a process of artistic creation for therapeutic purposes. Art therapy , in other words therapy through art and creativity, will allow you to know yourself better, to express and manage your emotions, to heal your wounds, to develop your potential, to improve your self-esteem, to let go. .. So many subjects on which I accompany you thanks to tools such as drawing, painting, collage, writing-therapy, but also exchange, speech, reflection, communication... The art therapy techniques that I generally use during my workshops are Art Journal and Zentangle. During the workshops, after having made your creations you will observe them, your way of structuring the space, of arranging the forms, of using the colors, of associating the ideas, in order to thus manage to give meaning to your creation and to draw inspiration from it to make the desired changes in your life.
