Malaysian cellist, in France for 12 years, I graduated from DEM at the Paris Regional Conservatory and from the Performance Diploma at the Ecole Normale de Musique in Paris, I am currently studying in the concert cycle at the Paris Regional Conservatory. This is why I know the French and Asian working method well and I love the exchanges between Asian music and European music, and it is with pride that I offer you my cello lessons. Before going even further, I would like to share with you my cello learning journey. I was born in a small town in the south of Malaysia, where there weren't many music teachers, although I knew I wanted to play cello very early, I only had the chance to 'finally started the cello when I was 15, and then when I came to France I realized that I was a lot behind my classmates... Hands down by far the best English teacher in the town! Couldn’t be happier. My 7 years old is absolutely enjoying and learning a lot to write complex pieces of story writing, advanced vocabulary, grammar and comprehension with Miss Catherine. It was the first time my son took a violin lesson through skype (I had my reservations using this media) but it worked out fine. Miguel is a great violin teacher, giving clear guidance and encouragement. He is friendly, patient and very knowledgeable. It was not that much different from a 'life' lesson. We used an ipad beside the music stand so the teacher had a good view of my son.

If you would like to learn Farsi, look no further! Azam is an extremely good teacher: She is kind, funny and determined to teach you something. The good thing is that you also have the chance to learn about Persian culture, in addition to traditional grammar and conversational exercises. I could not recommend her more highly!
