Qui suis-je ?
Ingénieur de Conception diplômé de l'École de Génie Chimique et des Industries Minérales du Cameroun (EGCIM), j'ai d'abord exercé en tant qu'ingénieur dans l'industrie avant de me consacrer pleinement à l'enseignement. Cette double expérience m'a permis de développer une approche unique : ancrer chaque concept théorique dans ses applications industrielles et quotidiennes. La chimie n'est pas une science abstraite — elle est partout autour de nous, dans chaque objet, chaque matériau, chaque réaction.

Ingénieure (BAC+5) en génie des Procédés (Physique-Chimie), je propose aujourd'hui de vous donner des cours de soutien scolaire en maths-physique et chimie pour collège, lycée et post BAC jusqu'à L3 (ou maths spé pour les prépas) avec aide à la préparation pour les concours (grandes écoles ou agro/véto).

Depuis le lycée, j'aime transmettre ma passion pour les sciences aux élèves. Au cours de ces 10 dernières années, j'ai ainsi pu découvrir bons nombre de profils que j'ai pu accompagner (pour certains durant 3 ans) jusqu'aux brevet, BAC et concours.

Ma méthode d'enseignement est basée sur plusieurs piliers:

- transmettre une méthodologie, car bien souvent ce n'est pas un problème de compréhension du cours qui bloque l'élève mais un manque de méthodologie dans l'approche des exercices,

- l'écoute de l'élève, m'adapter à son profil, sa manière d'intégrer et de travailler, de comprendre les sciences,

- montrer des vulgarisations scientifiques ou présenter des exercices via des exemples de la vie quotidienne, ce afin de déconstruire l'image négative des sciences que bien des élèves ont. En bref, leur montrer que les sciences c'est facile et qu'on la côtoie partout autour de nous à chaque instant :)

- la répétition et la pratique, la structure principale de mon cours: répétition du précédent cours afin de s'assurer que les notions ont été bien intégrées, présenter le cours de la séance et les formules et principes à retenir (c'est en début de cours que la mémoire et l'attention de l'élève sont les meilleures), puis pratique pendant 2/3 à 3/4 du cours, et enfin récap et fiches de notes de la leçon.

have graduated with a degree in chemical engineering from the University of Edinburgh, UK. I am also an Erasmus Mundus scholar with a master's in Analytical Chemistry from Uppsala University. Currently, I am pursuing a PhD in physical chemistry.

I have been tutoring since 2012 to fund my education expenses. I formally began tutoring in 2014 as part of my vocational training as a teacher in Ghana, funded by the University of Edinburgh. The formal training has taught me a lot about curriculum development, time management, and fusing my teaching methodology to my students’ needs.
