I am a student at ULB in mathematics and physics and I work at the USG homework school as well as with the LIB (Lycée Français). My goal is to help your children better understand the notions of lessons, improve their academic results and enjoy learning more. I do this by offering a teaching adapted to their needs, by providing clear explanations and by proposing concrete exercises. As a trilingual (English, Spanish) and holder of a European Baccalaureate, I have gained experience as a tutor over the years.

I am a physicist, engineering Ph.D., with over ten years of experience in the space sector. I have worked on various space missions (incl. NASA, ESA) on either side of the Atlantic. Back in Brussels I founded an engineering company in the field of space radars. In order to pursue my passion for teaching outside of academia, I am tutoring high school students in physics and mathematics. I teach to both students in remedial situation, and to gifted students who wish to prepare for university. Since 2013, I have been maintaining a website, Hazardous Physics, where I explain the inner workings of various electromagnetic devices that I have built in a thorough yet accessible way. Hello, My name is Maximilien, I am 22 years old and I am currently a Master 2 student at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (KUL) where I am pursuing a master's degree in Energy Engineering in English. After completing a bachelor's degree in civil engineering at UCLouvain (physics-chemistry and mechanics option), I decided to continue my studies at the neighboring university. The subjects I teach are mathematics, chemistry and physics. Having also obtained my humanities diploma at Sint-Jan Berchmanscollege, I can give lessons in French, Dutch or English. I like to actively involve my students in the course so that they understand the material well but above all that they find interest in it. I start from the principle that it is difficult to succeed in a subject without appreciating it a minimum and above all finding what it really serves us for! In general, I like to start by reviewing the latest questions/exams to assess the level and needs of the student. Then we go through the theory necessary to carry out the exercises and finally finish with exercise sessions together. Second year student of Bioengineering, I offer my services to help high school students in math and science (chemistry, physics, bio). I have already given mathematics lessons to young people of 4th and 5th humanity.

Mathematics and statistics are fundamental subjects in all education stages. Mathematics is but not only the science of quantity. It helps us accommodate all our living areas. I prefer to teach math and statistics in a relaxed way, especially using graphs or examples from normal life to help students understand the knowledge.

Mathematics is the basis of Belgian education. Whether we like it or not, we will always come into contact with them, whether at school or outside. I help children ages 8 to 16 find where their gaps are and fill them. Whether it is by repeating the exercises done in class, giving additional exercises or analyzing the methodology behind the subject, we will do what is necessary.
