Being a passionate musician and flutist I offer flute lessons in all styles: jazz, latin, blues, pop, classical music... I love sharing my experiences with this wonderful instrument.
Responding to the interests and needs of my students is important to me.
I am committed to convey a good foundation of technique and sound as well as to pique the students' interest in harmony and rhythm in order for them to be prepared for different styles and musical situations - be it playing solo, in a duo, in an ensemble or in a band.

I am teaching the flute and am also in charge of various ensembles and workshops: chamber music, wind ensemble, big band, fusion/jazz band, how to improvise over standards.
I am a trained flute teacher (Mainz, Germany) and have a performance diploma flute (ZHdK, Zurich). Besides, I studied jazz at ZHdK and at Manhattan School of Music in New York City.
Being active with my flute/piano duo Nomos (repertoire from baroque to 20th century), my jazz quartet Sonambique and as a guest musician I am performing in Switzerland and abroad.
The second album of my band was released on 6 october 2023.

My name is Matéo and I am 26 years old. I have been playing guitar for 9 years and teaching it for 5 years. After studying at the conservatory and music school, I obtained my Diploma of Musical Studies (DEM) specializing in jazz guitar. OPTION1) The course I offer is aimed at beginner to intermediate level guitarists, of all ages (children too!), in acoustic and electric guitar.
My goal is to give you the essential basics of the instrument (body position, technique, chords) as well as an understanding of fundamental musical concepts (rhythm, ear, reading tablature and/or music theory) which will be very useful to you as a musician.
We will base our learning as quickly as possible on real pieces of music, if possible suggested by the student because I think that learning by playing the music you like is the most motivating method.
As a teacher, I have always adapted as best I could to each profile to make them learn in the way that suited them best, make them play the music they like, help them with their difficulties and push them to surpass themselves in their abilities.
Finally, I always make sure that the lessons take place in a calm and pleasant atmosphere so that the student progresses at their own pace and learns while having fun.

OPTION 2) This course is for intermediate to advanced guitarists (and musicians in general) who want to acquire a deeper understanding of music theory. What we can cover, depending on your needs: analysis, harmony, composition, transcription, improvisation, music theory, ...

Having graduated from the Mozart Conservatory of Paris in flute and holding a certificate of musical training from the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional de Paris, I have been playing the flute for almost 15 years.
