I studied Ashtanga yoga teacher training, Yoga Nidra, and restorative yoga with several senior yoga teachers to deepen my practices and learn ancestral yoga traditions. Studied Macrobiotic philosophy at the Kushi Institue.
Leservaring
I have been previlege to teach in Hawaii by donation at the park, private instructions as well as in yoga studio. I also teach Yoga in retreat centers.
