I specialize in tutoring Math and English for primary school and Secondary school students. My goal is to keep students challenged, but never overwhelmed. I will assign homework if I feel it would benefit the student and provide periodic progress reports to the parents/guardians if you would like it. I am a University student so my classes are scheduled for evenings and weekends and I will be teaching 1 on 1 so that your child is getting my full attention during our lessons. These classes will aim to improve upon specific areas that your child may be struggling with instead of the broader coverage of subjects they are already receiving from their schools. During our first session, I will give the student an assessment to determine what they need to focus on but if you or the student have a specific area in mind that is more than welcome.

Extra information

Should you choose to do this as an online class a laptop or computer and a quiet area to work in are essential and I will be using Microsoft Teams for our classes. A webcam and a microphone are optional as Microsoft teams has a chat function however I would advise to at least have a pair of headphones with a microphone to get the most out of our time.
