Being qualified in Chemistry, I have worked as a teacher/tutor for 15 years now. I have worked at ' The City of Liverpool College' , where I taught Chemistry to adults ( 20-55 year olds). I have been preparing students for their 11+ exam for five years now. In addition, I teach GCSE Maths, Biology and Chemistry as well as A level Chemistry.

I beleive that every individual learns differently and therefore its important to personalise each lesson to fit the needs of every student.

I'm Leila, your dedicated math tutor, and I'm passionate about demystifying the complexities of mathematics for students of all levels. Throughout my years in school, I have taught math to many of my friends and classmates. I understand that math may not be everyone’s cup of tea and that some students like it more than others. I strive to be understanding and patient with all my students during lessons as everyone has different abilities and educational backgrounds.

I completely understand the frustration of trying to grasp something and not getting it. Math often feels like that. With all the numbers and variables involved, math can be tedious and overwhelming to many students. This course is aimed at strengthening weaknesses in mathematical foundations and simplifying concepts for better understanding.

Note: Many of these topics overlap with the British GCSE and A-Level Mathematics. If in doubt please contact me.

The most efficient way to teach a class is to be prepared in advance, so I have adopted that policy.

Arabic lessons tailored to you (Beginner to Advanced).
I’m a native Arabic speaker from Jordan and I teach both Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) and spoken Arabic. If you’d like to focus on a specific dialect/accent (Jordanian, Lebanese, Syrian, Egyptian, or Gulf), I can guide you and help you sound natural.

Lessons are personalised to your goals—whether you want to build strong foundations, improve conversation and pronunciation, learn reading & writing, or prepare for school exams / university. We’ll work step-by-step with clear explanations, practical speaking practice, and supportive feedback, using materials suited to your age and level.

By the end of our lessons you’ll feel more confident speaking, understand grammar in a simple way, and have a clear plan for progress.
