We will go through your current eating habbits and try to create a combination of healthy recipes, daily activity plans, shopping for healthy groceries plan and some other practices (such as every day mindfullness, meditation etc.) to involve in your life and create new nurturing healthy habbits, that will not be overwhelming, but will be easy and beneficial right from the start. Also I am offering private individual yoga classes, differet styles and meditation sessions.
