Alexander Technique. In practice: Lessons take place in my home studio in Rixensart. I mainly use the interactive music notation platform soundslice.com to share my scores. The scores, tablature and guitar methods are synchronised with the original tracks or learning videos, either tailor-made or from great masters and available on YouTube. It is possible to loop sections, slow down passages as desired, gradually speed up, keep a practice calendar to see when you have worked and motivate yourself to move forward. It really is a learning tool that I wish I had had when I was younger. ;-) I also encourage everyone to get a small keyboard so they can practice harmony in a practical way on the piano, which allows them to break out of their guitar habits and become better musicians with a multidisciplinary understanding of music.
