I’m Amaya, a native Spanish teacher with a Master’s in Spanish education with over eleven years of experience, working with learners of all ages, levels, and nationalities. I use editorial Spanish manuals in my classes. In addition to Peninsular Spanish, I have an in-depth knowledge of regional varieties from Mexico and Cuba.

I work for Pontificia Comillas University and for private students as well. In addition, I have very good referees and I am very successful because I use a communicative method, I am very innovative, respectful, tolerant, creative, friendly, well and high educated, entertained and I adapt the classes to the student’s needs and interests.

I regularly update my skills through monthly workshops on Spanish teaching, AI integration, grammar, and theatre-based teaching techniques. I specialize in DELE exam preparation.

I am a Spanish teacher from Spain with a postgraduate degree in Spanish Teaching as a Foreign Language by the University of Barcelona, Spain. I have a communicative method, I speak only in Spanish from the 0 level unless the student want me to explain in English. I adapt to my students needs and interests, not all students want the same, need the same and have the same interests.

Soy una profesora de español con un postgrado en Formación de Profesores de Español como Lengua Extranjera por la Universidad Virtual de Barcelona, España. Uso un método comunicativo desde el nivel 0 en el que no uso ningún idioma aparte del español a no ser que el estudiante me pida hablar en inglés. Me adapto totalmente a las necesidades e intereses de mis estudiantes ya que ninguno es igual y cada uno tiene sus especificaciones.
