Chromatic accordion lessons for all ages and levels

Student at the HEMU of Lausanne in Jazz and holder of a Diploma of Musical Studies from the City of Paris in Jazz Drums, I give home drums lessons for all levels. The lessons are above all based on the requests and expectations of the student, according to his level and age. They generally include: - Position, gestures and breathing - Basic work - Rhythmic and / or melodic and harmonic music theory - Lots of music listening including Rock, Funk, Soul and Jazz - Work on the metronome I can work on a method or with my own lesson sheets. Having taught music theory to children's classes in a conservatory, I have a lot of experience in teaching for beginners or adolescents. The goal of my lessons is above all to discover, learn or advance, without stress or fuss!

Guitar lessons: the mandate of guitar teacher is defined by the fact of being methodical, that is to say having an exact knowledge of the specifications: practice of playing with both hands, musical reading, knowledge of music theory , harmony... so many criteria which also participate in an encounter, that between the person who proposes and the one who wishes to emancipate themselves through an instrument specific to individual expression.

Learning basic techniques, music theory, improvisation and ear development are part of the training. The saxophone course is personalized depending on whether it is a beginner or an advanced student. Beginner students will learn the solid basics, such as: good posture, good breathing, producing a beautiful sound, scale exercises, reading sheet music, basic rhythmic exercises. We will perform these exercises from different scores, which I can provide if necessary, and at the same time I also try to convey my own experiences. In general, I first show the exercise on my instrument and then let the student try to play it. We often play together. For advanced students, we will learn more complex pieces, more difficult harmonic and rhythmic exercises, thus expanding the limits of the instrument. Classes also include some music theory and history of music during class. I also consider it important to show how one can work effectively alone.

Young jazz pianist, graduate of the Paris Conservatory, offers lessons in improvisation, harmony and music theory for all levels and all ages. Above all, I practice improvisation and composition as well as the interpretation of jazz, rock, soul, reggae, pop,... The proposed approach is alternative and the playful aspect of the instrument is highlighted. The content of the courses will therefore be adapted to your profile and your desires.

My name is Larisa and I am a student at the Lausanne University of Music in the second year of a master's degree in pedagogy. Currently, I am also a music teacher at the Bilingual School of Swiss Romande and at the Teremok school in Lausanne. Furthermore, I am involved in many musical projects, such as the cooperation with various accordion orchestras in Switzerland, artist within the company Ad'Opera and ContaCordes, co-founder of the Duo Larmarosso (accordion/violin). The 5 string banjo is an amazing instrument. It's driving trademark sound and it's African roots has contributed to many music traditions, including Country, Bluegrass, Blues, Jazz and world music. In my class you'll first learn the basics, how to hold and pick and read tablatures. We'll then go through how to play a tune, accompany other instruments and finally, improvise. During the year I'll teach you basic music theory like rhythm, harmony and a bit of ear training to help you develop your understanding and relationship to the instrument. We'll mainly play Bluegrass Scruggs style at first, then we'll dive into melodic style and sigle string, that will all be useful for playing other kinds of music, like Irish music, Pop, Jazz or Blues.
